1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ace77 ("ace77", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ace77.onl. ace77 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify eligibility, including national identification cards, passports, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal rights.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the ace77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ace77 is required to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification may be requested at account registration, before your first withdrawal, when a withdrawal exceeds a specified threshold, or at any other time at ace77's discretion. Verification documents typically required include:

ace77 will process submitted KYC documents within 2 business days under normal circumstances. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is successfully completed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to bank accounts (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedules. ace77 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Funds Security

Player funds deposited into ace77 are held in segregated accounts separate from ace77's operational funds, ensuring that player balances are protected in the event of any corporate financial difficulty. ace77 does not use player funds for any purpose other than satisfying player withdrawal requests and bonus obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace77 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ace77 shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform:

• Financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform.
• Loss of data, account information, or game history resulting from technical faults.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or platform unavailability caused by maintenance, third-party provider outages, force majeure events, or cyber attacks.

In any event, ace77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ace77 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments & Termination

11.1 Amendments

ace77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ace77 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the ace77 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at ace77.onl/terms-conditions, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

11.2 Account Termination by Player

You may close your ace77 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure of a verified account with a positive balance, ace77 will process a withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided that all wagering requirements applicable to any active bonus funds have been satisfied. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.3 Account Suspension or Termination by ace77

ace77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or a legal or regulatory obligation to do so. In cases of confirmed Terms breach, ace77 may withhold account balances pending investigation.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ace77 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from your use of the ace77 platform that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described below.

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event that you have a complaint or dispute relating to your ace77 account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other matter, you should first contact ace77 customer support at [email protected], providing full details of the issue. ace77 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the ace77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ace77 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
